Cancellation policy
In order to provide our customers with the best possible hospitality, we prepare ingredients and staff in advance.
Therefore, we have established a cancellation policy as follows.

■ Cancellation of general reservations

| Unauthorized cancellation | 100% of the meal cost will be charged.Future reservations may be refused. |
■ Cancellation of private/group reservations (8 or more people or private reservations)

*Separate minimum usage fees and time restrictions may apply to private reservations.
■ How to contact us
If you wish to cancel or change the number of people, please contact us by phone or email.
Contacts received outside of business hours or on holidays will be handled on the next business day.
■ Precautions
- Please contact us individually regarding cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather or disasters.
- We will provide separate information on how to pay the cancellation fee.
- If there is a separate special contract or arrangement depending on the reservation details, that will take precedence.
