"Geimo" has recently been certified as a "100 Year Food" selected by the Agency for Cultural Affairs. Ageimo, which has been popular as a specialty of Nakayama Toge for many years, is a masterpiece that is pride and is made from simple potatoes wrapped in crunchy batter and fried in a crispy batter. New release of “Ageimo Exclusive/Tenku no Colombian Blend”

We offer the perfect cup for "ageimo"! We will be releasing an original blend ``Ageimo Exclusive/Tenku no Columbia Blend'' in collaboration with Roadside Station Boyou Nakayama and Sapporo Eshima Coffee on September 10th (Tuesday). At Roadside Station Boyou Nakayama, we will start selling a new product ``Ageimo exclusive/Tenku no Colombian Blend'' as a collaboration project with Sapporo Eshima Coffee Co., Ltd. This special coffee was completed after 3 months of trial and error over 30 times from conception, and was created in pursuit of the perfect pairing with the ``Nakayama Toge Original Aged Potato,'' which is very popular at roadside stations. This is an original blend supervised by Mr. This blend was developed in pursuit of the perfect compatibility with fried potatoes. We aim to bring out the flavor of potatoes by suppressing the bitterness and roasted smell while having a richness that rivals fried foods. The texture of the coffee is rich and smooth, like fresh butter, and the aftertaste is clear and refreshing. Taking advantage of the special location of Nakayama Pass at an altitude of 835m, we have created a well-balanced blend by harmonizing the sweet aroma of Ethiopia with a base of ``Celestial Colombia'' cultivated at high altitude. This special coffee is only available at the roadside station Boyou Nakayama. The coffee beans are carefully selected by a coffee appraiser and carefully roasted to bring out the rich aroma and deep flavor.
