At Roadside Station Boyou Nakayama, we will start selling a new product ``Ageimo exclusive/Tenku no Colombian Blend'' as a collaboration project with Sapporo Eshima Coffee Co., Ltd. This special coffee was completed after 3 months of trial and error over 30 times from conception, and was created in pursuit of the perfect pairing with the ``Nakayama Toge Original Aged Potato,'' which is very popular at roadside stations. This is an original blend supervised by Mr. This blend was developed in pursuit of the perfect compatibility with fried potatoes. We aim to bring out the flavor of potatoes by suppressing the bitterness and roasted smell while having a richness that rivals fried foods. The texture of the coffee is rich and smooth, like fresh butter, and the aftertaste is clear and refreshing. Taking advantage of the special location of Nakayama Pass at an altitude of 835m, we have created a well-balanced blend by harmonizing the sweet aroma of Ethiopia with a base of ``Celestial Colombia'' cultivated at high altitude.
