Ramen that sticks to the restaurant's specialty "Butadon", which uses only Rusutsu pork shoulder loin, the soup, and the handmade char siu that is prepared in the store. (Noodle Ha Sagamiya)
The buckwheat noodles are made with buckwheat flour from Horokanai, sent directly from the Asahikawa factory.
The store's concept is "Do you want to go this far at a roadside station?"
