In the July issue of AIRDO's in-flight magazine "rapora", we introduced "ageimo", a specialty of Nakayama Pass and the soul food of the Hokkaido people, in the special feature "Gourmet food that tells the story of Hokkaido".
In the article, popular manga artist Tainori Kuwabara picks up fried potatoes as a memorable dish to enjoy in Hokkaido, and introduces their charms such as ``the simple taste of potatoes is appealing'' and ``a 100-year-old food that originated in Nakayama Pass.''
We are very happy that Boyou Nakayama's ``Ageimo'', which has been loved by many customers for many years, was introduced to people all over the country in this way.
If you are using AIRDO, please take a look at the July issue of "rapora".
When you travel to Hokkaido, be sure to stop by the roadside station Boyou Nakayama and enjoy the traditional taste of ``ageimo.''
All of our staff are looking forward to your visit.
