We have prepared a limited-time menu with “full volume and lots of meat.”

■ Saburo Ramen from Kitajima
Our original bowl is a unique evolution of Jiro-style ramen.
It's a hearty ramen that can be topped with as much raw garlic as you like, and will blow away the cold weather.
*Because we use custom-made thick noodles, it will take approximately 7 minutes to boil.
■ Zangi set meal
This set meal comes with 3 types of sauces, making it a satisfying set meal that you can enjoy till the end while changing the taste.
■ Pork set meal (Hokkaido style)
